chia seed pudding

Chia seed puddings are a great breakfast option for those that don't have a lot of time in the mornings. All you need is 5 minutes the night before to make it and you have a substantial breakfast to start your day! 🍓

ingredients
* 3 tbsp chia seeds
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
* 1/2 tsp honey

method
1. Whisk together milk, yoghurt, honey, and chia seeds.
2. Pour into container of desired size.
3. Chill overnight.
4. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!
