baked chocolate oats

These baked oats are not only super delicious, but versatile too! The flavours can be modified to please your cravings (eg. more chocolate, raspberries etc) and can be enjoyed for both breakfast and dessert!

ingredients

* 1 cup oats
* 1 banana
* 1 tsp cocoa powder
* 2-3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 tsp linseeds (optional)
* 1/4 cup blueberries
* 1/4 cup choc chips

for added nutrition (will require extra milk):
* 1/8 cup almonds
* 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
* 1 tsp chia seeds


method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth (except for the blueberries and choc chips).
3. Fold through the blueberries and choc chips.
4. Pour mixture into an oven proof dish.
5. Depending on the depth of your dish, bake for 10-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
6. Enjoy while warm!


* Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. This can be reheated.
* If using the almonds and seeds, chop/blend prior to combining with the other ingredients.
